Rentals at Providence Village

Providence Village has a variety of community use rental spaces available to suit different needs and group sizes, whether you’re planning a meeting, workshop, conference, or special event. Our versatile venues provide the perfect backdrop for gatherings of all types, accommodating small groups or larger crowds.

Available Spaces

(1) McKinley Hall; (2) Auditorium; (3) Vincentian Room

McKinley Hall

McKinley Hall is a spacious and versatile venue, perfect for events, conferences, workshops, and large meetings. The room can be divided into two sections to accommodate various needs and offers the option to rent two adjoining side rooms for additional space.

Capacity: Up to 270 people, depending on setup

Amenities: Screen and projector, microphone and sound system, podium, custom configuration of tables and chairs, washroom facilities located down the hall.

Location: Lower level (Level 0)

Auditorium

The Auditorium, the original chapel of Providence Motherhouse, offers a beautiful setting for meetings, events, and workshops. With its stained-glass windows and spacious open area, it provides an inspiring environment. An upper-level viewing area with tables and chairs offers added flexibility for events.

Capacity: Up to 100 people, depending on setup requirements

Amenities: Screen and projector, microphone and sound system, podium, custom configuration of tables and chairs, washroom facilities located down the hall

Location: Main level (Level 1)

Vincentian Room

The Vincentian Room is an intimate meeting space featuring a large boardroom table. Ideal for smaller gatherings, it includes a TV for presentations and additional seating to accommodate your group’s needs.

Capacity: 16-20 people

Amenities: Large boardroom table with seating, TV with computer hookup, extra seating in the room, washroom facilities located down the hall

Location: Main level (Level 1)

Rental Rates and Information

Minimum Rental Requirements:

3-hour rental required Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM

2-hour minimum for evening rentals (after 5 PM)

Rental Rates: $36/hour

Catering: Internal Providence Village catering is provided by Sodexo. See their catering menu here.

Security Fees: Please note that a security fee will be charged when a space has been booked outside of regular operating hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).
