Providence Village has a variety of rental spaces available for community use to suit different needs and group sizes, whether you’re planning a meeting, workshop, conference, or special event. Our versatile venues provide the perfect backdrop for gatherings of all types, accommodating small groups or larger crowds.

McKinley Hall
McKinley Hall is a spacious and versatile venue, perfect for events, conferences, workshops, and large meetings. The room can be divided into two sections to accommodate various needs and offers the option to rent two adjoining side rooms for additional space.
Capacity: Up to 270 people, depending on setup
Amenities: Screen and projector, microphone and sound system, podium, custom configuration of tables and chairs, washroom facilities located down the hall.
Location: Lower level
Auditorium
The Auditorium, the original chapel of Providence Motherhouse, offers a beautiful setting for meetings, events, and workshops. With its stained-glass windows and spacious open area, it provides an inspiring environment. An upper-level viewing area with tables and chairs offers added flexibility for events.
Capacity: Up to 100 people, depending on setup requirements
Amenities: Screen and projector, microphone and sound system, podium, custom configuration of tables and chairs, washroom facilities located down the hall.
Location: Ground level
Marillac Room
A bright, private meeting room with large windows and flexible modular tables and comfortable ergonomic chairs that can be arranged to suit your group’s needs. The space includes a buffet counter ideal for coffee, tea, or catering setup, and is equipped with modern A/V technology for hybrid meetings.
Capacity: Up to 26 people, depending on setup
Amenities: Adjustable layouts with modular tables and comfortable chairs. High-quality audio-visual equipment available, including a mobile screen. Washroom facilities located down the hall.
Location: Lower level
Nurses Room
An intimate and professional meeting space, ideal for small gatherings, board meetings, or collaborative work sessions. Featuring an oval conference table, comfortable executive chairs, and a simple, well-lit design. Perfectly suited for small-group discussions and strategic planning in a private setting.
Capacity: 8-10 people
Amenities: Oval boardroom table with comfortable seating, washroom facilities located down the hall.
Location: Ground level
Rental Rates and Information
We offer reduced rental rates for not-for-profit and charitable organizations. Rooms are available to book Monday to Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Rooms may be available for rental outside of regular operating hours; however, additional charges may apply, including a staffing fee and a security fee of $50 per hour.

Please note: Rental rates are based on our current facilities rate schedule, which helps ensure our spaces remain safe, clean, and accessible for community use. While these rates reflect our standard pricing, we understand that some groups or events may have unique circumstances. In special cases, alternate arrangements or exceptions to standard rates may be discussed and considered on a case-by-case basis. We’re committed to being fair, transparent, and fiscally responsible while ensuring our spaces are well cared for and available to the community.
Minimum Rental Requirements
- 3-hour rental required Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- 2-hour minimum for evening rentals (after 5 p.m.).
