Kingston, ON, August 27, 2025 — Providence Village (“the Village”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kasandra Martyn, PCP RPR, as Human Resources Manager. In this role, Kasandra joins the Village’s leadership team and will oversee a range of human resources functions, including employee and labour relations, recruitment, health and safety, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Kasandra brings more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience, including eight years in senior leadership roles. Her expertise spans employee and labour relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and cultivating inclusive workplace cultures. She has held leadership positions across higher education, manufacturing, and multi-entity corporate environments in Canada and the United States.
