Kingston, ON, May 29, 2025 — Providence Village (“the Village”) is proud to welcome Girls Incorporated of Limestone, Algonquin and Lakeshore (Girls Inc. Limestone) as its newest subtenant and partner. Beginning June 2, 2025, Girls Inc. will move into a large space in the West Wing of Providence Motherhouse, which is newly renovated with a fully accessible entrance, LULA lift, and barrier-free washrooms—advancing a shared commitment to building an inclusive and supportive community.
Girls Inc. delivers life-changing programs and empowering experiences that help participants navigate gender, economic, and social barriers, while advocating for an end to inequity and discrimination.
“We’re thrilled to be able to provide accessible, wrap-around services for our participants in such close proximity to other supportive community agencies in the Village,” said Lindsey Belch, CEO, Girls Inc. Limestone “This move allows us to deepen our impact and continue delivering programs in a welcoming, integrated environment.”
This partnership brings Providence Village one step closer to realizing its vision of becoming a vibrant, welcoming community where people of all ages and backgrounds can access integrated care and support to meet their health and wellness needs.
