Kingston, ON, September 18, 2025 — Providence Village (“the Village”) is pleased to welcome Heart to Heart Seniors Services Inc. (Heart to Heart) as its newest subtenant and partner. Heart to Heart joined the Village in August, moving into their newly renovated space in the Motherhouse’s west wing that now serves as their main office and meeting place for staff and new clients.
“We are so pleased to welcome Heart to Heart to Providence Village,” said Laurie French, President & CEO of Providence Village. “Their compassionate, person-centred approach to supporting older adults and their families makes them a natural fit with our vision and the community of care we are building.”
Founded in 2004, Heart to Heart Seniors Services has been helping seniors live with dignity while offering peace of mind to their families. Heart to Heart caregivers provide compassionate, relationship-based support at home, in retirement communities, and through transitions into long-term care. Their approach prioritizes not only physical needs, but also the emotional wellbeing and independence of every senior they serve.
“I’m extremely happy to be part of the Providence Village community—it has brought us closer to like-minded organizations,” said Aggie Haydock, CEO and owner, Heart to Heart Seniors Services. “For us, Providence Village is more than just office space—it’s a home where we can connect with partners who share our values and our commitment to caring for people with dignity and compassion. Being part of this community of care strengthens our ability to support seniors and their families in meaningful ways.”
In recent months, Providence Village has welcomed several new subtenant organizations—including H’art Centre for Smiles Inc.; Independent Living Centre Kingston; Girls Inc. of Limestone, Algonquin and Lakeshore; and Kingston School of Art. Together, these partners are bringing the Village vision to life, creating a vibrant community where organizations can collaborate, complement one another’s services, and strengthen the care and supports available to people across Kingston and the surrounding region.
