Kingston, ON, April 15, 2025 – Providence Village (“the Village”) is pleased to announce that Arthritis Society Canada’s Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program (AREP) has joined the Village as its newest subtenant, effective February 1, 2025. AREP’s new office servicing the Kingston region will be located on the main level of Providence Motherhouse within Providence Village, with the relocation slated for late April, marking the beginning of an exciting partnership dedicated to fostering health, hope, and community wellbeing in Kingston and the surrounding area.

The Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program provides a range of treatment and education services by a team of trained physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social work professionals. Services are funded by the Ontario government for individuals with an Ontario Health Card and a confirmed diagnosis of arthritis. Its presence enhances the Village’s vision of uniting diverse partners to create a community of integrated care and support.
