Providence Village Welcomes Jenna Morley to Board of Directors

Kingston, ON, November 26, 2025Providence Village (“the Village”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jenna Morley to its Board of Directors, effective November 21, 2025

Jenna serves as City Solicitor for the City of Kingston, where she provides strategic legal and governance advice to City Council and senior leadership, and oversees the City’s Legal Services, Insurance and Risk Management, and Office of the City Clerk departments. With more than a decade of experience in municipal law and commercial real estate and leasing, she brings a strong understanding of policy, development, and risk management to the Providence Village Board of Directors.

“We are delighted to welcome Jenna to the Providence Village Board,” said Bhavana Varma, Chair, Providence Village Board of Directors. “Her knowledge and experience with governance, commercial real estate and leasing will be a tremendous asset as the Village evolves and continues to build a strong community of care.”

Prior to joining the City of Kingston, Jenna practiced with Daoust Vukovich LLP, a leading Toronto firm specializing in commercial real estate law. Over the course of her career, she has developed an impressive portfolio of experience with large, multi-use development projects, complex lease negotiations, and community partnerships.

“Providence Village represents a unique and inspiring model of collaboration and care – I’m honoured to contribute to its continued evolution and mission of creating a community of hope, belonging and wellbeing for individuals and families in our region,” added Jenna. 

Jenna brings not only strong legal and governance expertise but also a demonstrated commitment to community service. She is a member of the BGC South East Board of Directors and an active volunteer with several local youth sports organizations. Her combination of municipal insight, governance experience, and community engagement will be an asset to Providence Village as it continues to evolve as a vibrant community of care and welcome new subtenants and partners.
